Prescription Drug Savings Program

United Way of Cecil County is pleased to announce that we will be distributing Prescription Drug Discount Cards to participating pharmacies in Cecil County.  These cards can be used by everyone in the community, not just people with no insurance.  They can be used by people with health insurance, Medicaid or Medicare during deductible periods, for medications not covered by their plan and for people with Medicare Part D during the 'doughnut hole."

Save an average of 35% or $20 per prescription off the pharmacy's usual and customary retail price of prescription drugs, with the highest savings on generic drugs.

People will save 8 times out of 10 over the pharmacy price.  The only time there is not a discount is when the pharmacy price is already lower, because people always pay the lowest price.

Listed below are the participating pharmacies. Click here to print your own card

Simply present your card with each prescription from your doctor to the participating pharmacy at the time of purchase to receive your discounts. If you need to transfer a prescription, bring your empty prescription bottle or label with you to the pharmacy.
